Job Overview:

The role involves managing daily transactions and activities within the Procure to Pay process, including tasks related to Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, Travel & Expense Management, and Accounts Payable.

  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process incoming invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures, validating invoice details against purchase orders and receipts while ensuring timely payments and maintaining accuracy in financial records.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain up-to-date vendor records and ensure accuracy in vendor data, supporting vendor onboarding and resolving vendor queries related to payments, coordinating with internal teams to resolve vendor discrepancies.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Review and process employee travel and expense claims in line with company policies, verifying receipts, ensuring proper documentation, and reconciling expenses.
  • Accounts Payable (AP): Manage the AP cycle, ensuring timely processing of payments to suppliers, perform reconciliation of vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end closing activities related to AP.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve P2P processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions and generate reports as required, supporting audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, or related finance functions.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
