Job Overview:

  • Transaction advisory services experts are required to manage financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business and financial risks, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and analyze business and financial risks and opportunities.
  • Lead teams through managing client communications, creating databooks, preparing materials for management meetings, and drafting adjusted EBITDA, adjusted net working capital, and debt and debt-like tables.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with senior managers, directors, and principals on a regular basis.
  • Develop and coach associates and senior associates by providing real-time feedback and support.

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA(US) or CFA (US) certifications with a bachelors or masters degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in transaction advisory services or audit.
  • Strong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Capacity to understand an entity through analyzing financial statements and creating analyses.
  • Ability to identify and deploy analytical tools to solve problems.
  • Desire to build strong relationships.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to induce structure on disorderly situations.
  • Experience developing through on the job coaching and creating resources.
