Capital Markets Lead: A High-Value Transaction Opportunity

About the Role:
  • This is a seasoned capital markets professional role that involves leading high-value transactions including initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, qualified institutional placements (QIPs), preferential allotments, and bonds.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence to coordinating with regulators and liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  2. Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, high net worth individuals (HNIs), merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations and compliance.
  • Proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, bonds, or similar transactions.
