Job Summary:

SAVA Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and visionary IT Head to lead our IT strategy and operations. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the companys IT infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI and SAP to enhance business processes and decision-making. This role will be based at our Corporate Office in Pune and will manage a team of IT professionals across IT infrastructure, AI, and SAP domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with SAVA Healthcare's business goals.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the healthcare industry.

IT Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all IT systems and networks.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.

AI and Data Analytics:

  • Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes and decision-making.
  • Establish a robust data governance framework to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

SAP Ecosystem Management:

  • Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP systems to support business operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Drive continuous improvement of SAP processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team across IT infrastructure, AI, and SAP domains.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT organization.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the skills and tools needed to deliver on strategic objectives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Develop and implement robust IT security policies and procedures to protect company assets and data.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate IT-related risks.
