**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate with a strong focus on social media marketing and SEO to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic, improving website visibility, and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media Marketing**
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc., and manage all social media accounts.
- Create engaging content including posts, images, and videos, that resonates with our target audience and enhance account visibility.
- Monitor social media analytics and track performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Stay up to date with the latest SEO, social media, and digital marketing trends and best practices.
- **SEO**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords for our target audience.
- Optimize website content including meta descriptions, headings, and alt text, for search engines.
- Create and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using analytics tools.
- Maintain organisation website.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 6 months to 3 year experience of social media marketing and social media account management.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
- Knowledge/experience in using Semrush, Mailchimp, Canva and wordpress.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
