We are looking for a talented and energetic Head Chef who specializes in Pastry and French-style desserts to lead our bakery and café kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a creative passion for baking, at least 5+ years of experience in the pastry field, and the drive to introduce new varieties and ideas to our menu.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead daily pastry and bakery operations.

· Prepare and design a wide range of French pastries, desserts, and confectionery items.

· Experiment and introduce new recipes and dessert trends.

· Suggest and develop new menu items for the café.

· Maintain high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.

· Manage and train kitchen staff when required.

· Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance.

· Manage stock levels and control wastage.

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef / Head Chef in a bakery, café, or hotel.

· Strong skills in French pastry and modern dessert creation.

· Creative mindset and curiosity to try new varieties.

· Excellent leadership and time-management skills.

· Energetic, positive attitude, and team-oriented.
