Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office files and documents, both physical and digital.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed.
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Support other team members with various administrative and clerical duties as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality.
