We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and has a proven track record of scaling brands through performance marketing, social media, and content-led strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Leadership – Develop and execute a 360° digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Performance Marketing – Drive ROI-focused campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels.
  • Team Management – Build, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team (in-house + external agencies).
  • Brand Positioning – Strengthen digital presence through storytelling, influencer collaborations, and innovative campaigns.
  • Analytics & Insights – Monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and provide detailed reports to management.
  • SEO & Content Strategy – Lead SEO initiatives, oversee content calendars, and ensure strong organic visibility.
  • Marketing Automation – Implement CRM, email, and remarketing tools to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Budget Ownership – Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6–10 years of proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in paid media, SEO, content strategy, and growth marketing.
  • Prior experience in scaling D2C or consumer brands is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative edge and hands-on execution ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹75,000.00 per month
