Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Executive
to support day-to-day branch operations at our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination across departments, maintain operational accuracy, support logistics, and handle branch-level administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily branch operations, documentation, and reporting
  • Support logistics, dispatch activities, courier follow-ups, and shipment tracking.
  • Stock handling, store coordination, GRN checks, and inter-branch transfers.
  • Follow company SOPs for data accuracy, compliance, and operational timelines
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management
  • Flexibility & Willingness to do additional support works

Education:

  • Plus Two or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Additional certifications in Supply Chain / Operations/Logistics (preferred).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in FTTH/Telecom industry will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP Softwares
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
