Team Leader Dark Store

We are seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure efficient order fulfillment in our Dark Store. This role is key to maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure quality control and address order discrepancies.
- Track key performance metrics and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail, warehousing, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250, ₹336,000.00 per year
