Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Mobile Support Engineer who can support mobile application installations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and handle support tickets efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience with ticketing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and support mobile application installation on Android and iOS platforms.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot mobile-related issues.

Communicate clearly in English (listening and speaking) with users and internal teams.

Handle email communication professionally with clear and concise responses.

Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Coordinate effectively with Developers, QA, and other internal teams to resolve issues.

Manage and update support tickets using Zoho Desk and Jira.

Track issues, follow up, and ensure timely resolution as per SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of mobile apps and installation processes.

Good English communication skills (verbal and written).

Experience in email-based customer or technical support.

Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Zoho and Jira.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to work in rotational or fixed night shifts.

Shift Details

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM (IST)

Preferred (Good to Have)

Prior experience in technical or mobile application support.

Basic knowledge of SDLC and QA processes.

Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS applications.
