- Source and screen resumes from job portals and professional networks.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and participate in candidate assessment activities.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Research and identify new recruitment channels.
- Participate in social media recruitment efforts.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential hires.
- Provide regular updates to the HR team about recruitment progress.
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events.
- Help create and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Collect and analyze feedback from candidates regarding the hiring process.
- Support team members in administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and hiring best practices.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Must be reliable and show initiative in tasks assigned.
- Available for part-time internship hours (minimum 15-20 hours per week).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous internship or related work experience is a plus.
