About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive / Manager to strengthen our presence in the Delhi market. The role involves meeting builders, contractors, project owners, architects and related professionals to introduce our premium marble collection, build strong relationships, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage builders, contractors, architects and related professionals to generate new business.
  • Present and promote the company's premium marble range through on-site visits and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Achieve sales targets and provide daily updates to management.
  • Gather and report insights on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in marble, tiles, building materials, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and be comfortable with daily travel.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English; familiarity with local dialects is a plus.
