Position: Business Development Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our high-performance commercial team and support our business development pipeline. This role is designed for individuals who are committed to building a long-term career in sales and are ready to engage in structured learning, hands-on exposure, and customer-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in driving the complete sales cycle and supporting lead conversion activities
Participate in client outreach, requirement gathering, and solution positioning
Coordinate with senior sales personnel to support strategic engagements and field activities
Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and documentation with precision and timeliness
Support market research, competitor mapping, and demand-generation initiatives
Candidate Profile:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
High learning agility with a proactive and disciplined work ethic
Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and meet timelines
Basic understanding of sales or customer engagement will be an advantage
