Position: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our high-performance commercial team and support our business development pipeline. This role is designed for individuals who are committed to building a long-term career in sales and are ready to engage in structured learning, hands-on exposure, and customer-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving the complete sales cycle and supporting lead conversion activities

  • Participate in client outreach, requirement gathering, and solution positioning

  • Coordinate with senior sales personnel to support strategic engagements and field activities

  • Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and documentation with precision and timeliness

  • Support market research, competitor mapping, and demand-generation initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • High learning agility with a proactive and disciplined work ethic

  • Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and meet timelines

  • Basic understanding of sales or customer engagement will be an advantage
