Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
International Business Development Professional
to join our growing global sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in
US Sales, Cold Calling, Outbound Prospecting, and Lead Generation
, preferably from a service-based industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, cold calls, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads from the US market.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored service solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demos with prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert leads into clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in international sales or business development (preferably US market).
- Proven track record in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead generation.
- Experience in a service-based industry (IT, outsourcing, accounting, consulting, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal & written).
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Comfortable working in US shift timings.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Understanding of US business culture and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range:
