Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive (Female) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales calling or customer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our solar solutions, and fixing appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain solar solutions.
  • Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of interested clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide product information.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM/lead tracker regularly.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to calls, leads, and appointments.
  • Build good relationships with customers and ensure follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum 2 years of telecalling / telemarketing experience (preferably in sales, renewable energy, or service industry).
  • Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
  • Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
