We are looking for a Leasing Manager to drive retail property acquisitions for multiple brands. The role involves scouting properties, conducting market surveys, negotiating with landlords, managing site visits, reviewing property documents, and ensuring end-to-end lease finalization including registration and brokerage recovery.

You'll act as the key bridge between brands and property owners, ensuring leasing terms meet brand requirements and deals close smoothly. Strong knowledge of leasing terms, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage documentation/due diligence are must-haves.

What You'll Do:

Identify retail properties through market surveys & networks

Negotiate lease terms with landlords and align with brand requirements

Handle site visits, property checks, and measurements

Review documents & ensure due diligence before deal closure

Manage lease registration and brokerage recovery

What We're Looking For:

3–7 years' experience in retail leasing / real estate

Strong knowledge of leasing terms & legal aspects

Excellent communication, negotiation & networking skills

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
