Location: Koramangala, Bangalore (Work from Office)

About the Role

Lead corporate partnerships and drive hiring opportunities for Cloud/DevOps participants. This is a key role where you will connect with hiring partners, support candidate readiness, and ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels.
  • Understand hiring requirements and share relevant Cloud/DevOps candidates.
  • Support participants with resume preparation, confidence building, soft-skills development, and mock interviews.
  • Identify job opportunities on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Shine, and Naukri.
  • Share weekly job updates with batches and provide pre-placement support.
  • Screen, shortlist, and forward candidate profiles; coordinate interviews with recruiters.
  • Organize placement drives and invite partner companies for hiring.
  • Submit monthly placement and hiring reports to management.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Placement Officer/Manager (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Proven experience in corporate placements, especially in Cloud/DevOps hiring.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & LinkedIn.
  • Well-networked with hiring companies and recruiters.
  • Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and passion for emerging tech.
