Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Junior Placement Executive
to support our placement and corporate relations team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling placements or internships in an academic institution and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong corporate relationships to ensure successful internships and final placements for our MBA and PGDM students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HRs and recruiters across industries.
  • Identify and onboard new companies for student internships and final placements.
  • Support end-to-end campus placement activities – from pre-placement talks to final offer management.
  • Liaise with industry professionals for guest lectures, industry visits, and workshops.
  • Assist students in placement preparation – resume building, mock interviews, etc.
  • Maintain placement records and prepare regular MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with faculty and management to align placement strategies with academic objectives.
  • Follow up with companies post-placement for feedback and relationship management.
  • Stay updated with market trends and emerging sectors to explore new placement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in college/university placements or corporate relations.
  • Proven ability to engage with corporate HRs and build long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, emails, and placement software/portals.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM preferred.
