Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) Trainer | Patna

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training on Debt Recovery (DRA) module as per RBI guidelines.
  • Train candidates in collection techniques, telecalling, customer handling & compliance.
  • Prepare trainees for DRA certification.
  • Maintain attendance, reports, and training documentation.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in Collections/Recovery.
  • Knowledge of RBI DRA rules.
  • Strong communication & training skills.
