As a Collections Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the collections department, ensuring that all collection activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Your role will involve training and mentoring collection agents, monitoring their performance, and providing regular feedback to help them achieve their targets.

**Role and Responsibility**
- Manage recovery and collection of outstanding accounts & Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Collaborate with bank office and field executives and make sure to achieve monthly collection targets.
- Visit location and work with field executives to achieve monthly collection targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Oversee daily operations of the collections department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Train and mentor collection agents.
- Handle escalated collection cases.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of collection agents.
- Identify and address areas for improvement in the collections process.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new collection agents.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
