Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage queries and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on customer accounts.
  • Support business growth by contributing to customer retention strategies.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, client handling, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
