**a) Customer Satisfaction**
- Build and maintain customer relationships through courtesy calls for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
- Handle all incoming calls and online inquiries, sending standard acknowledgments.
- Inform customers about required documents, Service Advisor contact details, and current offers.
- Remind customers of their appointments and prepare for their visits.
- Schedule appointments, provide provisional price and time estimates, and reschedule if necessary.
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up/drop-off with drivers and ensure proper documentation.
- Arrange replacement or loaner vehicles and ensure post-service feedback is collected.

**b) Process Adherence**
- Record appointments in DMS, initiate ELASPRO transactions, start DISS reports, and update SSO per Service Core Processes.
- Maintain and log clear communication with customers while their cars are in the workshop.

**c) Data Updation**
- Regularly update and follow up on reported vehicles and appointment turn-ups.
- Prepare daily and monthly appointment reports for management and Audi NSC.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle databases.

**d) Customer Complaints**
- Track and ensure the closure of customer complaints.
- Update CRM with the status of resolved complaints.

**Experience & Qualification**
- Any graduation in related field
- Must have experience of 4-6 years
- A good written and Verbal communicator
