**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

**Location**: [Nagpur]

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide information on products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify any areas for improvement.
- Assist in resolving customer issues, complaints, and service problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the sales, support, and other teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
- Help in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or relationship management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in [insert language(s)].
- Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer concerns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
