**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)** to manage and improve customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CRE will interact with customers, address their concerns, provide product/service information, and work to retain existing clients while acquiring new ones. This role is critical in enhancing the overall customer experience and contributing to the company's growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Provide information about products or services and assist customers with any issues or queries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Ensure customers are informed about new products, features, or services.
- Track and manage customer accounts, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, support, marketing) to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Meet or exceed customer retention targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in **English** (additional language skills are a plus).
- Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is advantageous.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
