We are looking for a smart, polite, and professional relationship Executive to manage our front office operations, assist visitors, and support administrative coordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling various stakeholders
- Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries
- Manage visitor logbooks, schedules, and files
- Coordinate with departments for smooth operations
- Assist HR/admin with routine tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Graduate (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation and a pleasant personality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
