Job description:  Media Manager
Location : Yelahanka, Bangalore
 
About The Gig:
We're looking for a Media Planner who can connect audience insights with the right media mix to create high impact campaigns. This is a role for someone who understands both the art of brand storytelling and the science of performance metrics. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and partnerships teams and work hand-in-hand with agencies to design and deliver media plans that get attention, drive engagement, and deliver ROI.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and present media plans that align with brand objectives, audience targeting, and campaign KPIs.
  • Select and recommend the most effective media channels across ATL, BTL, digital, and emerging platforms.
  • Coordinate with media agencies for planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Build schedules, allocate budgets, and ensure seamless coordination with media buying teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and category benchmarks to inform media strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend mid-flight optimizations.
  • Maintain strong vendor and agency relationships to secure the best placements and rates.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure media plans and creative messaging land together, on time, and on brief.

 
What You Bring:
  • Minimum 4 years in a media planning role, preferably within an agency or brand-side marketing team.
  • Proven ability to plan across multiple media channels and adapt plans to changing market conditions.
  • Strong understanding of media research tools, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Experience coordinating and managing external media agencies.
  • Excellent communication, and analytical skills.
