Overview The Export Head plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the export operations of the organization. They are responsible for leading and developing the export strategy, driving the expansion of the company's international market presence, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with international partners and optimizing the export processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's export strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and lead the export team to ensure smooth and efficient export operations.
  • Negotiate and finalize export contracts and agreements with international clients and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze international market trends and competition to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws.
  • Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to streamline export activities.
  • Lead and oversee the pricing, costing, and financial aspects of export operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential export-related risks.
  • Lead the development of export sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination for export activities.
