JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure accounting entries are done with the help of accounts team in ERP/Tally.

  • Ensure proper budgeting is done for pending PO supplier payment.

  • Raise debit note to suppliers as requested by Stores/ Purchase.

  • Generate MIS for each consignment (Estimated V/s Actuals).

  • Coordinate with CA to fulfil requirement of accounting finalization.

  • Ensure supplier payment is done on time and as per request by purchase department/ management.

  • Salary payment as per salary statement provided by HR department.

  • Ensure petty cash records are maintained at HO and factory.

  • Ensure Filing.

  • Liaising work with CA/government bodies for attending tax scrutiny.

  • Ensure GST records are maintained and GST returns are filed on time.

  • Scrutinize PO with respect to supplier invoice before making payment.

  • Ensure on time payment of all statutory liabilities.

  • Coordinate with bank for submission of stock statement.

  • Coordinate with management for releasing NEFT/ RTGS payments.

  • Coordinate with bank to fulfil export related activities/ EBRC.

  • Coordinate with Exports Department for Duty Drawback, GST amount.

  • Distribution of advance to workers and maintain record of same.

  • Coordinate with GST/ PF consultant for on time filing.

  • Collection and reconcile data of expense and purchasing project wise and submit to Management.

  • Highlight cost reduction improvements to management/ HOD.

  • Provide information to management about the exchange rate impact on pending consignments and take corrective measure where ever applicable.

  • Receive PI from exports once the order is confirmed.

  • Receive Item list from Purchase department, which is bought as per LME.

  • Receive target delivery date of consignment from planning department.

  • forward contract with bank as per information received from Exports, Purchase and

  • planning department in consultation with management.

  • Review every three days, about the forward contract with bank based on revised information received from planning department for delivery dates of consignment.

  • Submit Monthly P&L.

  • Submit Monthly analysis of Sales V/s Expense.

  • Ensure petty cash Reconciliation at Factory on monthly basis.

  • Ensure the Supplier Ledger reconciliation is done on monthly/ quarterly basis.

  • Ensure the new customer, new supplier is registered in ERP.

  • Ensure the GST and Drawback amount is received on time.

  • Ensure submission of cash flow MIS to management on weekly basis.

  • Ensure all MEIS and drawback amount to be allocated for short term and long terms investments (FD, Liquid Funds, PPF).

  • Preparation and follow up of MEIS documents after receiving MEIS license.

  • Inform to exports department if order is in LUT or GST paid.

  • Submit GST Credit amount report on monthly basis to management.

  • Submit profitability ratio customer wise, country wise (Sales to Purchase Ratio).

  • Recommend cost savings to management.

  • Responsible for stock adjustment in ERP after taking approval from management.
