- About The Role :
- We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in any of the modules like IT Business Management (ITBM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities :- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.- Design and develop workflows, automation, and integrations with third-party tools.- Provide technical leadership in the implementation and enhancement of ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, and SPM modules.- Optimize ServiceNow performance and ensure best practices in platform development.- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and digital transformation.- Develop dashboards and reports for real-time insights and decision-making.- Manage system upgrades, patches, and security compliance.- Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and support end-users.- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for teams.- Ensure data integrity and governance across ServiceNow modules.- Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless ServiceNow adoption.- Stay updated on ServiceNow advancements and recommend improvements.- Support pre-sales and solutioning for ServiceNow implementations.- Document system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions.
