At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

  • Build customised applications, modules, workflows, and integrations in ServiceNow to meet complex business needs

  • Configure fields, forms, client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and other ServiceNow objects while adhering to development standards

  • Connect ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs for seamless data exchange and improved platform performance

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, architects, and business units like IT, HR, and Finance to align requirements, offer technical mentorship, and drive adoption

  • Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimise ServiceNow s performance, scalability, and stability through proactive maintenance

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation, apply version control, and enforce coding standards and guidelines

Your experience should include...

  • 5+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with deep knowledge of core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management

  • Hands-on experience crafting and developing custom ServiceNow solutions such as prioritised applications, Angular/React components, and REST APIs

  • Skilled in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and other scripting languages, with experience integrating ServiceNow into GitHub Actions pipelines and managing version control through GitHub

  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices, applying ITIL/ITSM frameworks to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with organisational processes

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, optimise performance, and maintain high-quality standards while mentoring junior developers and managing multiple priorities independently

  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow products such as ITOM, HR Service Delivery, or Security Operations

  • Familiarity with AWS

  • Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer
