Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement
    ServiceNow solutions
    across SAM modules.
  • Configure
    UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Flow Designer
    , and
    Service Catalog items
    .
  • Develop and maintain
    custom applications
    ,
    integrations
    , and
    REST/SOAP web services
    within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform
    system upgrades
    ,
    patches
    , and ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Work with the ServiceNow platform owner to enforce
    governance, security, and compliance standards
    .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide technical support.
  • Create and maintain
    technical documentation
    , including solution designs, user guides, and SOPs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
  • Ensure all ServiceNow development adheres to best practices, scalability, and maintainability standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years
    of hands-on experience as a
    ServiceNow Developer
    working on SAM
    modules
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    JavaScript
    ,
    Glide API
    , and
    ServiceNow Script Includes
    .
  • Experience with
    Service Portal
    ,
    Flow Designer
    ,
    Catalog Builder
    , and
    Workflow Editor
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    ITIL processes
    and their implementation in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience in
    ServiceNow customization
    ,
    form design
    , and
    UI configuration
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Update Sets
    ,
    Scoped Applications
    , and
    System Properties
    .
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
