Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), ensuring that ServiceNow applications and modules align with business requirements and industry best practices

- Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis:

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs
- Design And Development

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Configure workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other components
- Implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions, including asset discovery, procurement, software license management, and lifecycle management
- Integration

Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems such as CMDBs, help desk systems, and procurement tools
- Develop and maintain integrations using web services, APIs, and other integration technologies
- Collaboration

Work closely with system administrators, business analysts, and quality assurance teams
- Gather stakeholder feedback and implement necessary changes to enhance functionality
- Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct unit testing and participate in quality assurance activities
- Ensure developed solutions are reliable, scalable, and meet business requirements
- Documentation

Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and test plans
- Support & Maintenance

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications
- Address system issues and implement necessary updates
- Training & Knowledge Sharing

Train end-users and support teams on new features and functionalities
- Stay updated with ServiceNow advancements and industry trends
- Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow configurations and customizations
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITAM principles
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
