Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional with strong communication and sales skills and proven experience in USA-based marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach and build relationships with USA-based clients through email, calls, and social platforms.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company services in the US market.
  • Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Present and explain Next99's services to potential clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance and report key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in USA-based marketing and sales (B2B preferred).
  • Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong understanding of US business culture and marketing trends.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and negotiations efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM tools, email campaigns, or LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a night shift (USA time zone).
