Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our global marketing team. This multifaceted role requires a hands-on professional who can take ownership of digital initiatives, website management, global event execution, and competitive market research. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic thinking and executional excellence to ensure DEP's marketing initiatives drive growth, generate leads, enhance global brand visibility, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Job Specification:

  • Manage and optimize the global corporate website for performance, SEO, and user experience.
  • Lead planning and execution of global marketing events (virtual and physical).
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Maintain brand consistency and high-quality experience across touchpoints.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and regional teams for marketing execution.
  • Ensure alignment of all marketing efforts with global business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

·       Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with multi-functional exposure.

·       Experience in digital marketing, website management, and event coordination.

·       Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing and analytics tools.

·       Knowledge of SEO, CRM, email marketing, and content management systems.

·       Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B marketing in technology, engineering, or professional services sectors.
  • Experience managing global marketing initiatives across different time zones.
