As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer — someone who bridges the gap between technology, analytics, and marketing to drive business growth through intelligent systems and data-driven strategies.

This role is perfect for someone with a blend of engineering and analytical thinking, a passion for digital media, and the creativity to build and automate impactful solutions. Even if you're a fresher from university with a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in GTM and automation, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deploy AI and automation workflows to optimize GTM processes across the lead-to-deal funnel.
  • Build smart systems for lead generation, enrichment, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and engagement strategies with customer needs.
  • Launch, test, and iterate digital marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth.
  • Analyze GTM performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in Engineering or Technical disciplines, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for GTM engineering, AI-driven automation, and digital media.
  • Ability to build and experiment with new tools and systems that enhance go-to-market performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
  • (Preferred but not required) 1–3 years of experience in growth, GTM, or marketing operations within a SaaS or tech environment.
