About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Marketing Executive & Digital & Content who can manage our online presence, plan content, run campaigns, and support our brand growth. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and strong in communication.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research - Understand industry trends, audience segments, and competitor insights.
  2. Content Strategy - Plan monthly calendars for LinkedIn posts, blogs, and newsletters.
  3. Blog Content Writing - Create SEO-friendly, high-quality content for our website.
  4. Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns.
  5. Website Content & Coordination - Suggest design improvements and manage website content updates.
  6. SEO Optimization - Perform keyword research and support on-page SEO for blogs and web pages.
  7. Competitor Analysis - Track competitor activities and prepare reports.
  8. Brand Positioning - Ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
  9. Email Marketing - Create and send newsletters, drip campaigns, and updates.
  10. Marketing Automation - Use HubSpot, Zoho Marketing, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  11. Communication Skills - Strong written and verbal communication for content creation and internal coordination.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Understanding of landing page UX.
  • Experience with paid ads (Google/Meta) is a plus.
