Summary

Were hiring for one of the top brands in the Personal Care segment, looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead their General Trade business across Assam, with Guwahati as the base location.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Area Sales Manager, a background with reputed FMCG brands, a deep understanding of General Trade operations, and strong exposure in the Assam/North East market.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in B2B & B2C sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
