seeking an After Sales Engineer to provide technical support, installation, and maintenance of our
3D printing equipment.
This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing machine performance, and supporting growth through strong technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to
3D printers and additive machines.
•
Install and configure new printers
and firmware (Klipper, Marlin), ensuring smooth operation.
•Provide customer training on equipment use, maintenance, and best practices.
•Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
•Offer remote and on-site technical support, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.
•Manage service tickets and ensure timely closure within SLA.
•Document service activities and prepare detailed service reports.
•Support AMC execution and warranty claim processes.
•Build strong customer relationships and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in
Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
or related field.
•
2+ years
of experience in
technical support/aftersales
, preferably in additive manufacturing.
•
Hands-on knowledge of 3D printers, additive machines,
and firmware (Klipper, Marlin).
•Basic knowledge of Linux OS and command-line interface.
•Basic understanding of
Python, C, and C++
for reading/modifying printer firmware or scripts.
•
Strong problem-solving, debugging/troubleshooting technical issues
and communication skills.
•Willingness to travel when required.
