    • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Marketing and MIS:
    • Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) for effective decision-making.
    • Implement and manage marketing campaigns.
    • Track and report on sales and marketing metrics.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
    • Stay updated with UP state regulations related to the solar industry.
