Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

  • Assist the rental sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and rental agreements.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule site visits, equipment delivery, and service follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update client records, contracts, and rental data in the system.
  • Track rental inventory and ensure timely dispatch and return of rental equipment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve routine issues.
  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of rental orders.
  • Generate reports on rental sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory utilization.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and other materials for customer meetings.
  • Support compliance by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
