Service Assistant

Education- Dip/Degree
1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles (rental industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Assist the rental sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and rental agreements.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule site visits, equipment delivery, and service follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client records, contracts, and rental data in the system.
- Track rental inventory and ensure timely dispatch and return of rental equipment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve routine issues.
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of rental orders.
- Generate reports on rental sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory utilization.
- Assist in preparing presentations and other materials for customer meetings.
- Support compliance by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
