Network of Maharashtra by People Living with HIV/AIDS (NMP+) is a community-based organization formed by people living with HIV and working in the health sector since 2001 at state and national level. Organization aims is to “improve the survival and quality of life of people living and vulnerable to HIV, TB and Hepatitis”. Representatives of NMP+ are involved in TB and HIV National Strategic plan development and at various technical resource committees with MOH. The organization is currently implementing the country's largest Care and support intervention in four states Goa, Kerala, Karnataka and Maharashtra through 88 NGO/CBO, also NMP+ is affiliated with the Country chapter of TB people Global.

Role and Responsibilities
- Identify champion TB treating providers in each district.
- Directly engage with champion providers through in clinic visits to promote PPSA services for TB patients
- Identify and Build capacity of Nikshay Mitra for PPSA activities in coordination with private providers; providing job aids, information materials
- Provide linkage to NTEP provisioned free treatment, diagnostics, adherence mechanism and incentives for TB patients from private
- Ensure recording of TB notifications, DST, HIV, DM testing, DBT, Treatment adherence, public health action and treatment outcome in Nikshay
- Recording and reporting of project activities
- Capacity building of PPSA Mitra
- Nikshay entry support and data management
- Assist Project Officer in all the project activities

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
