Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer located in Maharashtra, India. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling finance-related queries, and providing excellent customer service. Duties include maintaining and strengthening business relationships, communicating effectively with clients, identifying customer needs, promoting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
