**Sustainabiltiy Officer**

**Your responsibilities**:

- ESG regulations: Monitor and provide ongoing advice in relation to the increasing body of laws and regulations in the area of ESG risk management requirements in Switzerland and international
- Compliance: Development of relevant guidelines and procedures in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
- Management system / Assurance: Development and implemention of a sustainability related management system
- BCP: Development and implemention of a standardized Business Continuity Planning program in all Datwyler locations
- Risk management: Evaluation and standardization of site ESG risk assessments and processes
- Internal audits: Conduct internal ESG audits and report observations to the site management and other interested parties
- Reporting: Sustainability reporting in line with recognised standards such as Ecovadis, GRI, CDP, TCFD etc.

**Our requirements**:

- Minimal travel required
- Master's degree in law, economics, management, environmental science or a relevant field
- Additional education and experience in the field of sustainability /compliance
- Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Able to work independently and partner with different stakeholders to achieve results, with a clear attention to detail and quality standards.

**Work Experience**:8 to 10 years.
