- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering product knowledge and recommendations.
- Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- **Merchandising**:

- Ensure products are properly stocked and organized on the sales floor.
- Participate in setting up displays and promotional areas to attract customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and specifications.
- Attend product training sessions to enhance knowledge and sales skills.
- Be able to answer customer questions regarding products and services.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Perform regular stock checks and restocking of shelves as needed.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Provide backup support to other departments as needed.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
- Follow cash handling procedures to maintain the security of the store's finances.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including security measures.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or theft incidents.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Encourage customer loyalty through the promotion of loyalty programs or memberships.
- **Shift Responsibilities**:

- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
