**Title: Stores Executive (Projects)**

**Reporting to : Project Manager**

**Reportees : NA**

**Work in co-ordination with**:
1. Project Coordinator

**KEY DELIVERABLES**
- Stoppages due to non-supply of Raw Materials at the contractor = Zero

2. Stock at the contractor must not exceed the 7 days average total of the last week.

3. Stock at the stores must not be more than 15 days.

4. Ensure all the materials are tested and verified by the customer (if required) within 3 days of the receipt of the materials.

5. Ensure the transportation charges, loading charges, store expenses are under the budgeted cost/ planned cost provided by the Project Manager

**Scope of Work**:
a. Receiving the materials along with proper documentations and as per the checklists

b. Issue of the materials along with proper documentations and as per the checklists and ensure the delivery of the materials at the contractor godown within time.

c. Maintain and record the inventory on daily basis.

d. Ensuring that the materials is received and issued in Full Kitting form only.

**Qualification**:
c. Must be able to read and write properly in Hindi, English and local language for proper documentation on computer. Must be systematic and a follower of SOPs

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
