**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Fitter is responsible for the installation, repair, and upkeep of mechanical systems, equipment, and resort infrastructure. This includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations of utilities such as plumbing, pumps, HVAC, irrigation systems, and other resort machinery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and resort infrastructure.
- Install and maintain pumps, valves, pipelines, motors, and other systems critical to resort operations.
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical systems to identify issues before they become major problems.
- Work on plumbing, water treatment, borewell systems, and irrigation lines used in agro sections of the resort.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members for efficient resource and time management.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from resort staff or management.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining eco-friendly technologies used in the resort (e.g., solar water heaters, compost units).
- Maintain tools, workshop, and spare parts inventory.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/ Fitting/ Plumbing or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Fitter, preferably in hospitality, agro, or industrial settings.
- Good knowledge of mechanical systems, pipe fittings, and tools.
- Experience with eco-friendly systems (e.g., solar, rainwater harvesting) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various conditions.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems is desirable.

**Working Conditions**:

- Location-based position at the resort premises.
- May require weekend or emergency work based on operational needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
