Position Title:Sales Trainer Experience : 5 + Years  Budget :1 month -immediate joiner  Notice period :1 month -immediate joiner Skills set : Sales Trainer, Sales Team Leads, sales training, end -to -end sales process, cold calling, lead qualification, training content including scripts, presentations, call guides,objection handling techniques, coaching, or team lead capacity. Key Responsibilities: Training Design & Delivery: • Develop and deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing salesteam members. • Create engaging training content including scripts, presentations, call guides,objection handling techniques, and role -play scenarios. • Conduct regular refresher training sessions to keep the team updated on productknowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.Performance Coaching & Development: • Work closely with the Sales Team Leads to identify performance gaps and conducttargeted coaching sessions. • Use call audits and performance metrics to provide constructive feedback andimprove sales conversion rates. • Conduct 1:1 and group coaching to address individual and team development needs. Sales Process Optimization: • Continuously assess training effectiveness and recommend process or contentimprovements based on feedback and performance results. • Collaborate with cross -functional teams (Marketing and Operations) to keep trainingcontent aligned with business goals and updates. Reporting & Documentation: • Maintain records of training sessions, participant feedback, and post -trainingperformance analysis. • Provide regular training effectiveness reports to the Sales Manager and leadershipteam. Key Requirements: • Experience: 5 + years in a sales role, with at least 1–2 years in sales training,coaching, or team lead capacity. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field. • Strong understanding of the end -to -end sales process, including cold calling, leadqualification, objection handling, and closing. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to conduct engaging training sessions both in -person and virtually. • Experience with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus.
