**Job Title**: Jr Sales Trainer

**Experience**: 2 to 4 yrs

**Salary**: 40 k per month

**Mumbai** based and **willing to travel** everyday to Navi Mumbai Office.

**JD**:
Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team.
- Develop material required for training for example outline, handouts,etc.
- Conduct training sessions for new and current sales employees to improve conversion numbers.
- Understand their challenges and identify the employee needs in terms of sales perspective.
- Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.
- Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and identify the issues they had during the process.
- Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
