**This is your role. Responsibility & Pre-requisite-**- To arrange training related all task-
- Training kits movements to different locations for training purposes-
- Assigning Trainings to trainers, update trainers for next training-
- Work with reporting manager and the business units (Regions) to correct any issues with Training service delivery-
- Work on KPIs, reporting monthly data to GBS team for survey, management reports and presentationsMaintain and update website & Maintain Training Data using OneLMS-
- Responsible for infrastructure (SRE) and Lab setup for all courses conducted at Kalwa facility-
- To maintain all documentation related work including attendance, training records of trainers and trainees-
- Training calendar preparation and Allotment of Trainer across the India for Training-
- Coordination with Finance team for OV/TO-
- Close monitoring of Training satisfaction and corrective actions with help of Team-
- Activation of SITRAIN access accounts and weekly MIS to Finance team for Turnover-
- Timely response to customer on their bookings-
- Coordination with SCM & Vendors for material ordering***Education & Experience Required**
- B.E Instrumentation with 2 to 5 years’ experience in Basic / Detailed instrumentation Engineering
